and refined over many years to ensure long term quality and

and components and are committed to providing sustainable solutions

Distribution and Installation
We pride ourselves in taking a hands-on role in
overseeing the installation of all InstaFibre insulation so that we
can ensure our high standards are maintained. Our installers are
all fully approved by the British Board of Agrément (BBA).
We also submit to frequent independent inspections to ensure
that our work meets not only our own high standards but also the
standards required under Government sponsored energy efficiency
programmes.

Environment, Health and Safety
We are committed to keeping our employees safe at all times and
ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations, having
achieved ISO14001 accreditation to address environmental
controls.
Quality
InstaFibre materials and installers are fully approved by the
BBA. We are committed to constant improvement in our quality
management systems and have achieved ISO9001 and ISO14001
certification. Our Cavity Wall installations are covered by the
Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA) which ensures you get a
25-year guarantee. Instafoam and Fibre is a member of the National
Insulation Association, the REA (Renewable Energy Association) and
the REAL Assurance Scheme. It has held MCS
accreditation(Microgeneration Certification Scheme) since the
beginning of 2011 and incorporates the specific quality procedures
into its everyday business processes.
InstaCoustic was a founder member of PASM (Propriety Acoustic
System Manufacturers), is a member of the British Wood Flooring
Association and its systems comply with all current Building
Regulations, whilst its Sports Floors exceed the requirements of EN
14904 and BS 6399: Part 1.
