Distribution and installation
We pride ourselves on taking a hands-on role in overseeing the installation
of all InstaFibre insulation so that we can ensure our high standards are
maintained. Our installers are all fully approved by the British Board of
Agrément (BBA). They are trained by us to the highest standards and their
work is quality checked by our own inspectors.
We also submit to frequent independent inspections to ensure that our work
meets not only our own high standards but also compares well against our
competitors.

quality, value and completion of contracts on time. We aim to understand the
services and improvements our clients require and, where appropriate, work
together to the best of our abilities to meet those needs. From our sales team,

Quality
InstaFibre materials and installers are fully approved by the BBA. We are
committed to constant improvement in our quality management systems and have
achieved ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Our Cavity Wall installations are
covered by the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA) which ensures you get a
25-year guarantee. Instafoam and Fibre is a member of the National Insulation
Association.
