Your questions answered

What is InstaFoam?

It is a Bio based polyurethane spray that helps to reduce the environmental impact of residential and commercial structures by sealing and insulating in one step. A sealed thermal envelope makes a building more energy efficient, healthier, comfortable and durable than traditionally insulated structures.

InstaFoam also integrates rapidly renewable ingredients as a replacement for a portion of the petroleum in many of our insulation products without hindering their performance.

InstaFoam is quick and easy to install, providing cost effective insulation solutions for both commercial and domestic buildings. InstaFoam is excellent for insulating hard to reach areas, such as the floor and roof areas of Park Homes.

What makes InstaFoam so effective?

InstaFoam is effective in air sealing and insulating because it is applied as a liquid and expands to many times its original liquid size in seconds. As it expands, it fills cavities and voids to create a sealed thermal envelope. InstaFoam creates a highly effective seal against air infiltration, the prime source of energy loss in a structure. InstaFoam adheres to any clean, dry surface and will not sag or settle. InstaFoam is quick and easy to install, with a spray application that makes it ideal for hard to reach areas.
