Instagroup has developed a slim, lightweight, layered insulation system which is fitted to
the outside of the park home. Not only does it provide excellent insulation, it
can also improve the appearance and durability of the home.
The key element is an advanced insulation material known as Aerogel. Originally
created as an experiment in the 1930s, its remarkable properties were spotted
by NASA and developed as an insulation material for the Space Shuttle.
This material has become the key component in the 15mm panels which are and
fitted to the outer walls of the park home to create a 'breathable' membrane.
Once the panels are fitted, a roughcast finish is applied in a choice of
colours then guttering, fascias and finishing touches are added to meet the
individual requirements of the resident or owner.
Of course, insulating the walls is not enough on its own! Up to 25% of the
heat in your home can escape through the roof.
To ensure your wall insulation system operates to its highest possible
effectiveness, our technicians will also assess your loft and floor and,
where appropriate, offer an insulation solution for the loft and/or floor
to meet the precise requirements of your home.
