launched a number of new businesses and re-positioned Westbury as a forward thinking major
player in the new build market. His experience also includes senior roles in manufacturing
and building materials companies where he has held responsibility for logistics, marketing,
information technology and customer service.

Ken Mansfield (Finance Director)
Ken’s responsibility is to safeguard the assets of the company.
He ensures that the InstaGroup maintains proper accurate accountancy records and that the
appropriate financial controls are in place. He is also responsible for preparing and filing
the group’s annual accounts and statutory return.
Ken’s is also responsible for monitoring the financial well being of the group. To which end
he steadfastly sticks to three simple guiding principles. In common with most people in his
profession he objects to almost all expenditure, strenuously claims we are neither being paid
adequately nor quickly enough and that we are too generous to those we pay.
Usually one on the first in the office and one of the last to leave Ken takes getting a good
parking space very seriously.
