The Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
The Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) is a £1 billion government scheme designed to warm up homes and bring down energy bills for more people. It will run alongside the current Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme and will mostly cover installing single insulation measures such as Loft and Cavity Wall insulation.
A household could benefit from £1,500 of funds towards improving the insultation in their home.

Warm Homes: Local Grant & SHF
Warm Homes: Local Grant will be available for local authorities to deliver energy performance and low carbon heating upgrades to low-income homes in England.
Warm Homes: SHF (Social Housing Fund) will upgrade a significant amount of the social housing stock currently below Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band C up to that standard.
Both of these schemes will be running until at least 2028 and will provide energy performance upgrades and low carbon heating via local authorities. Once in delivery local authorities will be able to install energy performance measures and low carbon heating to eligible homes in their area. InstaGroup can support
