Building Contractors
We deliver a turn-key service for contractors to de-risk projects and streamline project management. Our experience, technical knowledge and patented dry flooring systems can speed up construction sequences and potentially save months on building programmes. We can install underfloor heating at the same time as our acoustic flooring for added efficiency. Recent high-profile contracts include the new Battersea Power Station and our 8-year working relationship with Lendlease at Elephant Park.
Material Supply
We supply our independently tested acoustic products and materials to architects, developers, contractors, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Our acoustic systems frequently exceed Building Regulations for sound and impact transference when installed under our quality control. We can provide on-site training and supervision for sub-contractors to ensure best results. Our products are manufactured using recycled and sustainably managed materials and will last the lifetime of the building.
Property Upgrades
Our acoustic solutions are used in building renovations, refurbishments and property upgrades to reduce the airborne and impact sound of timber and concrete floors. Our patented cradle and batten acoustic flooring can be quickly and easily laser-levelled on-site to address issues such as uneven flooring, and the lightweight system minimises structural load. Energy efficient underfloor heating can be installed at the same time.
