InstaGroup Acoustics
We work with the construction industry and developers to provide acoustic system design, underfloor heating, material supply and installation. We offer technical back-up and specification support, independent on-site testing with certification, professional on-site training and project supervision. We have over 25 years of experience in delivering effective sound and impact insulation for new build, conversion and refurbishment projects.
InstaGroup Homes
InstaGroup Homes is our domestic installation operation. We install External Wall insulation, Cavity Wall insulation, Loft insulation, Park Home insulation and Solar. We also upgrade heating systems. We work with Local Authorities and councils to deliver retrofit projects and can access grants and funding through schemes such as ECO, Local Authority Delivery (LAD), the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). We support installs with our expertise in PAS 2030 and retrofit coordination.
InstaGroup Floors
We design and develop innovative flooring solutions for domestic, retail and commercial applications. Our eco-friendly, self-adhesive acoustic underlays and high-grip magnetic acoustic flooring are revolutionising the flooring industry, cutting downtime and making installations cleaner, quicker and less wasteful. We also have the technical ability to supply specialist gym flooring, sprung floors and sub-floor systems for sports, weights and indoor leisure activities.
Our Network
Founded over 30 years ago, we operate the largest and longest-running installer network in the UK. We support approved installers all over the country, providing insulation system design, high quality materials and technical back-up, including retrofit co-ordination and expertise in PAS for compliancy. Our rigorous onboarding process and onsite inspections ensure workmanship meets our national quality framework. The Network upgrades housing stock for Local Authorities and Social Housing Providers.
