Operations Lead

Matt leads the InstaPAS team and Retrofit Coordinators, driving quality and consistency across every project we deliver. He oversees the operational logistics that keep projects running smoothly - from resource planning and scheduling through to coordinating the moving parts between teams. He also manages key relationships with our external inspection partners

Liv heads up the InstaPAS executive team, steering project delivery across the full PAS service lifecycle - from survey and coordination through to post-install sign-off. A natural relationship builder, Liv is trusted by clients and colleagues alike for her professionalism and experience.

Retrofit Coordinator

A cornerstone of the team since 2016, Melanie was among the first wave of Retrofit Coordinators to qualify. She brings deep expertise across a broad range of schemes, applying the PAS framework to manage energy-efficient home improvements that are fully compliant with PAS 2035 and structured to maximise available funding.

Retrofit Coordinator

With us since 2021, Katy has built hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of funding schemes including ECO, GBIS, LAD, HUG, SHF, and Local Grant. She manages the complete energy-efficiency upgrade journey, keeping every project compliant, safe, and on track with PAS 2035 standards.

Retrofit Coordinator

Ed takes a thorough, process-driven approach to retrofit coordination, guiding energy-efficiency upgrades from first assessment to final sign-off. He keeps a close eye on safety, quality, and PAS 2035 compliance at every stage, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.

Retrofit Assessor

Alex brings a dual skillset to the team, combining hands-on retrofit assessment with end-to-end project coordination. He conducts thorough assessments to ensure every project is accurate and compliant, while also working closely with clients and Retrofit Coordinators to keep installs on track from first instruction to final delivery.

James Clarke
Commercial Manager

James operates across a broad range of InstaGroup activity, with a particular focus on managing client relationships between Main Contractors and Local Authorities utilising our PAS services. He acts as a vital bridge between our Retrofit Coordinators and the wider commercial landscape, helping structure and close agreements on large-scale projects.
