Everything you need to know

Can I stay at home during solar installation?

Yes. Most solar installs are done in one to two days with minimal disruption.

How many solar panels do I need?

This will largely depend on your energy requirements and your house. You can use our solar calculator to get an idea of what you can install, or feel free to give one of our team a call to find out further information on 0118 932 8811.

Do you need planning permission for solar panels?

In most cases, no but we perform a detailed survey where we can confirm this to you.

Will solar power increase the value of my home?

A solar and battery system can increase value and appeal to energy-conscious buyers.

Is there ongoing maintenance with solar panels?

The only maintenance you will need to consider is cleaning the panels. The rain will naturally wash away dust and debris (we’re used to the rain in the UK!) but it’s a good idea to inspect your panels annually and arrange for them to be cleaned if necessary.
