Local Grant

Warm Homes: Local Grant supports Local Authorities to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.

We support Council-backed energy efficiency projects and are currently delivering on the Government’s Warm Homes Plan.

We are an end-to-end provider: we offer scheme and project management, have an extensive installer network, and have our own PAS services.

InstaGroup has a dedicated retrofit coordination service. Our streamlined service includes qualified Retrofit Coordinators and Designers who can sign off designs, installations and drive quality through funding schemes.

We are also a materials system designer, providing top-quality renewable technology and materials that installers love to use, and can support with funding.

Together we can implement effective energy saving schemes that will support whole communities and improve quality of life for thousands of residents.

Lead Management 

From marketing, scheme awareness, lead generation to eligibility checks, our teams are experienced in a variety of schemes and how to best support your residents and effectively deliver your projects.

PAS Services 

Our end-to-end PAS services uses independent trusted retrofit assessors, experienced in-house retrofit coordinators and unrivaled on-site support with our dedicated national technical inspection team. This allows us to deliver PAS projects at scale with quality assurance at the forefront of what we do.

Installer Management 

Locally delivered projects, managed by InstaGroup. With the largest network of trusted installers our business is designed around social value, ensuring projects are delivered by local SMEs, and managed by InstaGroup to ensure quality above all else.
