InstaGroup are audited and accredited by a wide variety of industry-recognised governance bodies.
Since InstaGroup’s inception in 1980, we have worked closely with multiple industry regulation boards to ensure a high standard of compliance, rigorous health and safety and quality workmanship. We are constantly upskilling, training and monitoring our team – whether that be on-site or in our Wokingham HQ.
We have dedicated compliance and health and safety personnel to ensure processes are followed and our workforce can carry out projects safely.
InstaGroup is audited and certified regularly by external bodies to guarantee we are providing the best possible service to our Network and customers.
Technical Support
InstaGroup’s technical inspectors cover the whole of the UK to ensure that all work carried out by Network members meets national quality standards. Our technical team has years of professional experience in the energy efficiency industry, supported by NVQs in construction supervision. All have up-to-date knowledge of the latest requirements for installs. As installers ourselves, we recognise the important of providing technical support across our network.

Industry Leadership
Our CEO, David Robson, is currently a Non Executive Director at The Insulation Assurance Authority (IAA), Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA), Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA) and the Associate for Decentralised Energy (ADE) - demonstrating our commitment to quality and industry standards.
Our Retrofit Team
InstaGroup have a dedicated team of qualified retrofit coordinators on hand to support installations throughout the country.
We have been working at the forefront of the retrofit sector since our inception in 1980, and have been completing and coordinating works under PAS since its introduction, with qualified Retrofit Coordinators that were trained on the first wave of the scheme in 2020.
Our coordinators have experience managing the projects for a wide number of funded schemes, including SHF, Local Grant, HUG, LAD, ECO and GBIS.
