Retrofit Coordination
InstaGroup have a dedicated team of qualified retrofit coordinators on hand to support installations throughout the country.
We have been working at the forefront of the retrofit sector since our inception in 1980, and have been completing and coordinating works under PAS since its introduction, with qualified Retrofit Coordinators that were trained on the first wave of the scheme in 2020.
Our coordinators have experience managing the projects for a wide number of funded schemes, including SHF, Local Grant, HUG, LAD, ECO and GBIS.

To maintain impartiality and avoid a conflict of interest, InstaGroup uses accredited third-party retrofit assessors for all jobs.

Our Retrofit Design service creates an actionable plan for how to appropriately and safely retrofit a dwelling in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
