InstaGroup were been appointed to deliver key retrofit services as part of the Warm Homes: Local Grant programme, which commenced on 1st September.
During the first year of this three-year scheme, hundreds of homes across Surrey will be retrofitted to improve energy efficiency, reduce household bills, and create warmer, more comfortable living conditions. InstaGroup provided the full suite of PAS (Publicly Available Specification) services and will oversee the installation of retrofit measures such as external wall insulation, solar panels, and air source heat pumps.
This latest appointment builds on InstaGroup’s established record in Surrey, where the company previously provided installation and PAS services through the Home Upgrade Grant programme. In addition, InstaGroup has been working closely with Surrey County Council to help shape the county’s longer-term retrofit ambitions through the Local Authority Retrofit Accelerator project, ensuring local strategy is matched with practical expertise on the ground.
